I looking option how much is possible to reduceweight to get better milage.

The best will be just compare two trucks ,both 2nd Gen Ram's :

1. Ram 1500, quad cab ,long bed, 4wd with stock axles, 4BTA-130hp, 47re, 241dld

2. Ram 2500 , quad cab ,long bed, 4wd ,Dana60 /70, 6BTA-180hp, 47RE, 241DLD

Frame wight difference - 100lbs?

Axles with wheels/tires (same tire size) - 100-150lbs?

Cab and bed - same

Tranny and transfer case - same

Engine - 300?

According to my calculation 4bta 1500 should be 500-550lbs lighter, but will it be enuf to compensate the missing 50hp

Any ideas?

Advice?

I'd wager a larger difference in axle weights. D70 vs a 9.25, probably 150 lbs or more there. I had a hard time trying to move around a D70, half ton axles are pretty easy. Not quite as big of spread from a D44 to a D60, but still 50-75 lbs I'd say.
