Could the front suspension from a 350 bolt directly in place of a 150? I'm thinking about converting my 93 reg. cab short bed 150 into a dually using a complete F350 parts chassis I have, I've actually got almost all the parts to make it a Powerstroke 5 speed truck but thats too much work, I may do a 4BT/NV4500 later...
