Not at all... the 2wd has 2 a-arms on each side and the 4wd uses parallel 4 link.... you wold have to cut off the old mounts and weld on new ones for any type on conversion.... now i think the 2wd DRW 3500's might have a dummy axle in the front that uses 4 link.... so it might be easier to do a 4wd conversion.
