6.4 with dd3250

Anyone running a double disc clutch in there 6.4 powerstroke. Having a heck of a time with mine.
 
Don't disengage like I think it should. If u hit the key in gear and push clutch till it turns over it will lirtch . I don't like idling at the light in gear so I'll throw it in neutral and wait, wen u go back to put in gear it's a mess. If u count to say 15 or 20 it might slide in. If u get it in 4th or 5th to stop the trans then u can go back to R or 2nd. It's like the floater plate is dragging. Is the street dual 3250 so has the dampers on sides of the plate and the locate pins too. Only 6 thousand miles or so and been like this from day 1.

When I put clutch in the hydrolics puked out , no pedal at all. So I put a brand new set of luk hydrolics in it. And this is how it's been. And can't find anything along the lines of heavier hydrolics ?
