6 spd?

So I found a 6.4 with a 6 spd in it. A buddy is considering buying the truck.

What kind of hp will the clutch in those 6 spds hold?

Plans would be dpf and egr going mia and maybe a tuner of some sort.

I don't know how the 6.4's are but the 6.0's I drove with 6spds I hated. I'd say you'd be ok though but these trucks make a ton of power with just what you said so I doubt you could have a huge tune and expect it to hold for long.

Wouldn't be a huge tune, probably a basic driving tune.

Stock clutch can hold a 210 tune for most driving.
I could get it to spin at WOT in any gear though.
Probably wouldn't want to tow like this.

I had good luck with my stock clutch on my 6.4. I could run 250 Spartan with no problems at all hauled a good bit bit with it and no problems.
