7.3 Gurus PLEASE help!!!

Hey guys, got an '03 7.3 with an issue. Truck starts hard and runs rough with a miss. Threw a p1316 code- IDM codes detected. Did a click test with a scanner from work and all pass, but when i run a cylinder contribution test it comes up with 4 codes, Cylinders 1,3,5, and 7 balance. So i got under the hood and unplugged the right side valve cover and truck ran exactly the same. Question is can a valve cover gasket go "that" bad all at once?? Or am I missing another problem?? Any help is appreciated, Thanks guys!! Dan.

Thats the first thing i would do... Change the UVCH.

the harness's also come loose.. check the connection UNDER the valve cover.
