7.3 With Diablo Predator Problem

I can't get my diablo predator to upload onto my truck. Talked to Diablo multiple times and they don't know what it could be either. Any ideas?

You'll need to post this in the 7.3l OBS Powerstroke to get much help...

Check to make sure your OBDII Plug has Power, There should be a Fuse for the Power Point/ OBDII.. That may be the whole problem

what codes are you getting and what is the thing saying? what year is the truck?
