8lug to larger 8lug adapters?

anyone know if someone makes adapters for the standard 8lug to the larger 8lug that the ford f600's use? everything I've run across is for 10 lug. got a set of rims I would like to try on my truck. thanks.
 
sounds like I'm on my own. guess I'll have to make a set, didnt really wanna drop 900 for a set anyhow!

I thought about trying to make an adapter using 5/8" steel and having a machinst drill the holes and bevel them for the tapered lug nuts. I'm just trying to decide if it'd be strong enough. I have a set of big 8 hole hub pilot wheels I want to put on 8 on 6.5 hubs.
