92 idi 7.3

hey guys i know this is on the wrong forum, but i have an 92 idi that won't crank. when i go to start the truck i can hear the bendix drive on the starter engages the flywheel but will not crank at all. could this be caused by a frozen starter? would warming up the starter housing help this. just replaced the solenoid on the pass. fender and new batteries (1000cca). and i do have power at both solenoids. any input would be greatly appreciated thanks. -Sean

Have you turned the engine by hand to see if its locked up?
Have you checked your ground leads?How about your positive cable to the starter? All the batt cable ends?
What do you mean by "frozen starter" do you mean like Ice Cube frozen? or locked up.Any of those means new starter time.
