'93 Dodge Auto Trans, what can I do with it??

What can I do that is easy to gain some hp? It's just a beater truck and I only know about Ford diesels and don't have a clue about these mechanical engines. The help is much appreciated.

Throw a Goerend converter on it, so some power will be getting to the ground. Then you can get gauges and start tweaking the VE.

Injectors, converter, and pump stuff will get ya c.300+hp, and a pretty fun truck.
