AAM 11.5 breakage

Any of you guys running a 11.5 in your pulling/racing rig having any issues that look like this?
This rear was bought from a dealer to replace the 10.5" in a 03' SO. Has zero road miles probably 15 to 20 hooks.
All three sides had the small crack on the second picture.
