any lift picks to help me out?

hey guys im lookin to lift my 03 f 350 4 inches and was wondering if any one had some pics that i could see about an accurate size. thanks it would help me make my mind up.

well i have an 8in on my truck and i run 37's with 4 in you should be able to run 35's easy and if you do lift it go with the bds system they are great but get different shocks the bds systems have a life time warranty and no matter what you do including sawing your springs in half they will replace it for no cost
