USA-EAST will offer a Pro Stock and 3.0 Diesel 4x4 class at the Bloomsburg Fair in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania on Saturday, September 21 at 7:00pm. If you have a 'true' 3.0 truck with all of the required safety equipment for either USA-EAST or PPL East Coast Series or NTPA, you are welcome to enter and participate in this event. Any 2.6 Diesel 4x4 that competes must have been a USA-EAST member in the 2013 season. No other 2.6 trucks will be permitted to pull in this class.

You seem to contradict yourself saying 2.6 trucks must be USA-East members here, yet on your site it is "open to the world".
 
It is open to the world of trucks that meet FPP pro stock rules.That seems pretty clear.

YES. to clarify.

TRUE 3.0 Trucks are welcome and anyone with a TRUE 3.0 truck may enter and compete. (i.e. 3.0 charger ++ ALL safety equipment)

The ONLY 2.6 Trucks that will be permitted to 'bump up' will be USA-EAST member trucks.

400 - 300 - 200 - 150 - 100 - 80/
It would be possible to win money from both the 3.0 purse and the 'side purse'
 
Any chance there is going to be a rain date on this? Weather is looking pretty nasty for tomorrow
 
So it starts at noon on Sunday if its postponed or do the gates open any noon?
 
BLOOMSBURG POSTPONED TO SUNDAY AT NOON. The USA-EAST 'Finals' at Bloomsburg Fair have been moved to NOON on Sunday, September 22. Pit gate will open at 9:00am and will be open until 11:00am to accept pullers and crew persons
