Are there any other members of BSF or Bible Study Fellowship in here? If you've never heard of BSF, I highly recommend you do the research and find a class near you. It is not merely spiritual milk or even meat, Its spiritual steak and you use the Sword of God to disect it. It has probably been one of the greatest blessings to me in a biblical knowledge standpoint that I have ever received.
Its like this:
There are over 1000 classes worldwide.
They are held once a week.
All of them are taught in English.
Every week, every class worldwide covers the same lesson as all the others. (I can get on a plane, fly to Tanzania, go to class there and never miss a lesson as long as they know I'm coming.)
It is an eight year program. This year is the study of John (the Apostle).
It follows the American school year calender schedule.
And best of all, Its FREE. All it costs is what you choose to give as an offering.
Eight years of study is equal to approximately one year in Bible College. (for free)
You learn by a four tier process. Small discussion groups, Lecture, Homework study material, Commentary notes.
It has done for my Bible knowledge what :nos: does for a diesel engine.
