how do i take off my shifter knob? bc i want to get one of these. but if i dont like it i want the stock on to go back on

get a pipe wrench and unscrew it haha.

no seriously the easiest way i have found is getting a oil filter remover (with rubber band instead of metal band) and twist away.
or like the lid remover kept in the kitchen.
