Any body know of a good shop that can fabricate a custom twin setup? Somewhere in Texas would be great, but if the shop is reputable and does good business I wouldn't mind dealing with them over the phone and getting parts through UPS. Also does anybody have a guess at what a custom setup cost if I already have one of the turbo's I would like to use vs. a universal kit that you hope is setup right for what your tryin to do?

^^^ Yeah if you get him both turbos he can fab up about anything you want.

Another option is Nathan (Idaho CTD) @ Maximized Performance in Idaho. He does an awesome job of matching up turbos for twin sets. You can PM him here as Idaho CTD.

Hellmann's all of about 3 minutes from my parents house. Didn't even think about having him fab my pipes up. Sounds like it's time for a phone call. Get ahold of BCSCUMMINS and ask him about who built his twins. There's some guy out of san antonio I believe that does a good job on fabbing pipes and apparently he's got the jigs and everything already set up so it wouldn't be hard for him to throw it together.

Fabbing up a set of twins is not that hard if you have any skills and the parts to do it but if you don't you are definately better off going to someone like Joe or Nathan that do this alot and have a tig for the nice welds.

If not them you can always buy the pieces from Rip and do it yourself, heck there are a few pieces that I would buy from rip just so I didn't have to deal with it.

I talked to him about possibly doing my pipes, but he's so busy doing the CR and D-MAX stuff he's not really fooling with the 12v and vp44 trucks.

I appreciate the help guys. I've haven't talked to Hellmann yet, but I have checked with Hamiltons and he said he wouldn't do it and I was better off going with Rips kit. I would also like to build my own twins but lack the shop and the welder and materials. So I'm pretty much SOL with that route.

I will agree to have Joe Hellmann do it, I have been in his shop and seen some of his projects. He is deffinately the guy to get the job done right! He also is a real good guy to deal with on the phone!
