Diablosport Predator

I traded for a diablosport predator 120hp today. Will this be a safe reliable program for my truck with 265,000 miles? What is the highest level i can run with conservative driving on all stock parts?
 
Which truck ? 5 or 6 speed allison? I Believe the 90 hp setting gives the best mileage but the 120 isnt far off. That many miles I'd say make sure your up to date on fluids maintenance and run the 90 setting
