Does anyone offer a 04.5 Built Cummins crate engine

I'm looking for a vendor that can turn key a built crate 04.5 cummins engine and accessories I will send back core. built bottom end, ported head, billet cam, twins, injectors, fuel ever thing needed. I know it won't be cheap but I would like someone who can get the job done in a reasonable length of time. I will give more specifics about the project with the person or persons capable of handling this.
