Drive Shaft Loops

Looking to see what I should build my drive shaft loops out of, and if anyone has any specs on them.
 
6" Sch. 40 pipe works well for most of them. Some of the smaller joints 4" works better.
 
oh that is still in the working right now, it will prolly be in the next month or 2, but we got a little bit of something else up our sleave right now.
