Dual Air/Air Intercoolers

an 85 dollar civic ebay radiator cools my brothers 500 hp mitsu.. i would say it should be fine. plus its like 12 in wide and 16 tall.. just get a pump that will flow enough to transfer heat out of cooler at a good rate.

So would be worth it to cut my cold pipe and add a air to air? Or would only a air to water be beneficial?

I only ask about the air to air cause it wouldn't have any cool air hitting it.

The way I took it bsmith is another air air would not be beneficial without mass air flow to it and even then, an air water would be more beneficial even with 150* water running through it. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

I thought that but figured I'd ask. Since air to air is cheaper. Air to water isn't that expensive just more stuff to have.

I think these guys eliminate the front aftercooler in favor of this shaker version. I see this concept and think of using both locations, intercooling between stages and aftercooling.
