dual rear tires with regular wheel on the outside

Just wanted to see how you guys set your up dually inside wheel then what kind of spacer(bought or homemade) is needed to fit a regular wheel on the outside. Id like to do this because of rule changes and to just try it out to see how the truck will pull with it. I have 4 sts and 4 bfgs so which would be best to run on the back and to run on the front?
