In the housing in front of and above hpop.... if you pull the Allen plug or the sensor.... then crank... oil should come out in the amount of low oil pump pressurE?
Got a buddies truck that cranks noxstart 97 7.3l. Changed crank sensor for grins. No go. Checked codes. Nothing. Checked rpm and checked psi for injectors--- at 20 to 30. Changed ipr hoping it was causing the low psi. Still nothing. Removed plug and cranked - no oil fame out. Pulled plug out of head for hih pressure oil and it trickled out. Suggestions?
