What are most of you guys using? I have the flexalite but it is a pita to get to the pump gear. I'm about to order a adjustable pump gear to go along with my billet cover.

i am using a derale. there a lot cheaper than the flexalite and work just as good imo. running there tranny coolers as well with no complaints

The key to the electric fans is a shroud. You need to be able to pull air across the whole radiator.

I'm using a dual fan from a Taurus SHO... it fits under the stock shroud with minimal trimming. Seems to cool pretty well so far.

I had the dual Flexalite set up on the original BBD with switches so that after the hook you circulate water and keep the fans on. No problem with pulling mulitiple times :)

I'm guessing that you meant you had a electric water pump & fans on switches Scott?
