Electrical nightmare!!!

Last week radio quit workin in the truck along with instrument cluster, electric windows,and interior lights. checked all the fuses and traced some wires couldnt find anything wrong. Any help would be appreciated
 
On the 05 and newer the gem Is the instrument cluster, my 05 company truck with the 5.4 does it all the time after sitting for a while.
 
His truck is an '03 with a Cummins in it. Barry, I have to agree, it does sound like the GEM.

It's up inside the dash. To replace it it has to go to Ford.
If you rewired your OBDll port like I did on my conversion I'm not sure if they can do anything....it has to be flashed to the truck through that.

No I didnt have to rewire my OBD. So are you saying that Ford has to replace it because it needs reflashed? Wasnt sure what you meant. Thanks
