electrical problems

I've got a 99 f-250 in here right now that the windows, mirrors, brake lights, turn signals, door chime, horn, cruise, 12v plugs, and inside lights aren't working and the volt gauge doesn't read unless you hit the brake pedal on I swapped computers but nothing. I've also thought maybe the blinker switch on the column since so much runs thru it but I was also wondering if there's a box that controls all of this. thanks

Most likely the windshield has De-laminated and over the years water has ran into the GEM module and corroded it. It is located above the e-brake on the backside of the fuse box. probably also need one of those too.
