Fire suit NHRA

Anyone know what the rules are for patches/embroidering on fire suits? Looking to put some sponsor lettering on the jacket, but not sure of the rules.

From what Ive gathered the thread does not have to be fire rated. At least that is what Simpson products told us, because ours is not.

There is no rule.... Simpson outsourced mine to a regular embroidery shop.

Not sure if they have a wide selection of colors in Nomex thread, but I personally wouldn't run with regular thread on the embroidery. Kind of like cannon fuse carrying the fire into the suit
