Here's a link to my first pull in an open pull at Rossville, IL. You can tell because I lifted between the 1-2 shift. Ended up pulling 231' and got 5th out of 10 trucks and won money. No breakage so I was happy. Don't have traction bars yet. Just had bump stops that limited my travel to about 1/2".

Absolutely addicted to pulling now. Have another one coming up September 7 at chrisman, IL. Next year I should have atleast ten fairly local pulls. Never knew it would be so much fun

Looking good man. I can't deny, it's a mess of fun. But doing it with your daily driver is a risk. It's not if, it's when the breakage starts. I'm sure you know that. My best advice is to just go have fun. If you wanna win, it's gonna take a small fortune, act of congress, 4 lepracauns for luck, and 2 lifetimes of work. BUT.... If you just go out to have fun, you win every single time. Good luck to you man.

If your pulling with your DD make sure you have a backup plan to get home!! Looked good, Like ^^ said when you break! It's fun til you hear that noise and have that gut feeling. As for me I wouldn't have it any other way.:woohoo:

I've got a friend that brings a trailer to every pull and another truck to drive. I overhauled the engine 3 months after I bought it then had the trans built. It's a blast! I had almost every bolt on that truck either loose or off at one time or another. Next is a truetrac, trac bars, and fender flares(rear wheel wells bubbling). I got the truck cheap enough that I'm in it for just over blue book.

How much do yall think I'd benefit from a SS64/13. I have the chance to snag one cheap
