Ok I have about 150,000 miles on my 97 now I going to change the diff fluids but I don't know what to use

I mean I dont know weather to go with synthetic or just good ol gear lube

I daily drive this truck and pull a little any info or input or opinion wood be great
 
I went with mobile 1 with friction modifier for the rear and just mobile 1 infront
