Ford frame info needed

I am trying to sell a aluminum diamond plate utility truck box that came off a 1995 F-350 dually.

My question is, what are all the years that this box will fit on? This box bolts directly to the frame, so another way of looking at it would be which years have the same frames?

I was told 87-98, but I'm not sure on the 99-current SD trucks.
