Found a few hoods

Hey guys, i found a few hoods id like everyone to vote on and see who likes which best.

They are all fiberglass, which is NOT my first choice, but theres almost no steel aftermarket hoods. Heres the line up!

Dodge Ram

Ram Air II hood

I like that 2nd one...but you really can't beat an SRT10 hood...those are just sexy.

I sent an e-mail to the people that make the 2nd one last week. I hope you're not in a hurry...they told me they make them to order and are 7-8 weeks out on production.

not a big deal as i dont have money for one now, just looking into the future and getting ideas

I wonder why DC hasnt made a 2nd gen SRT hood seeings how the demand for em is so high

I like the first one, yes it looks like it came off a Fire Chicken, but, I still like it the best.
The second one looks exactly like the SRT hood...which, like the Cowl hood...EVERYONE has...
The third looks to wimpy, and small...the cowl isn't wide enough or something.

If it were me, my vote goes to the first hood.:Cheer:

Reflextions makes a 3.5 inch cowl induction hood in steel and is not that much money. I have one on my truck and the fit is great.

DO NOT get that first one.. I know a few people who have ordered them and sent them back, or ordered them and went through with it anyways.. But they take MANY hours of prep work to get them ready for paint.. I guess the fiberglass work is terrible and the fit and finish needs a bit of help.. I can't say everyone has experianced the same. But everyone I know has...

I like that STS hood though.. I'm stuck on the reflexxions hood for now, but you'll have to post up pics if you go with that STS hood.. It may just change my mind..

a buddy of mine had the second one on his dodge and it cracked after a couple years if it was me steel hood would be the way to go
