fuel in radiator

i recently bought a 2000 7.3 an noticed that the coolant resvoir had fuel in it. i was wandering if there was something that could cause this or just the person who owned it before for some reason put it in there. i have never heard of this before an would like so advice if someone has heard of this.thanks

Sounds like injector sleeves. They are brass and can crack. They can be replaced on the truck with some special tools.
