fuel, no fuel ?

Hi, I'm new to the site been reading postings for a while and I need some suggestions. Have a 2003 Ram with a 62/65 12 HTT, stock injectors, smarty on 9, moderate torque mgmt (stock injectors, aftermarket turbo setting). I've been fighting when you take off you get good fuel, starts to take off hard and then it seems like no fuel and power falls off. Does it about 3 times and then poofs out black smoke and then takes off like a scalded dog. Any ideas on why it fuels and defuels or is this normal? No codes are showing. I have tried capping rail and no change. thanks
 
The 03 305hp engines have a real strict defueling computer that defuels the truck alot compared to the newer engines this is probably what you are feeling there are a couple programmers out there that got the defueling figureed out
 
Its a 250hp SO motor, do they have the same comp? When I first got the truck put a superchip on it and it ran great, no fueling issues for about 3 months. Then it slowly started with defueling.
