fuel pump stuck on

i have 2002 that has a hard start problem and it dont want to idle....i did notice that the fuel pump stays on with the key on im thinking its ether bad or the pressure valve is stuck

that makes no sence, the pump will run 20-30 seconds with the initial key on to purge air and pressureize the system to 55 psi, what is your pressure ?

figured why pump was stuck on cause of the guy wiring it direct but have no power come from wires on frame the kill switch has power so does it run the wire run directly from their if so ill pull a new wire

now the truck will start if the pump is unpluged but die if i plug it back in?????????HELP
