Head leaking coolant

Hey guys I just did a head job on my truck and it's leaking coolant from the head near the exhaust manifold. I had the head o ringed, new head gasket, the head was shaved like 3-5 thousands. When I put everything together I ran it and drove it. When I got back to my place is when I noticed It started leaking. I didn't do a hot torque check but I did re torque the head the following day and found a lot of studs loose. I started the truck back up and ran like garbage, what do you guys think it can be? Think I blew the head gasket from not hot torquing it?

What was the wire thickness and groove depth?

Possibly o-ring slipped while setting the head on?

I don't see that it really matters what anyone think it is, just gotta get it apart and find out.
