one shop said it was the DV holders... BUT.. thats fuel not oil.

The location of the "oil " leak .. should be fuel.. there isn't oil in that portion of the pump...... My phone likes to auto correct a lot .. I appologize ...

Yes dip stick tube does pop out a little bit...

Ok so would that mean that the ccv tube is clogged ? I think I chased that issue before and I was going to get breathers on the valve covers for that same issue

Ok he said he is always having to push the dipstick back in... What's the best way to un clog the draft tube obviously the ccv tube is clogged . Or he needs valve cover breathers correct?

i would probably take off the ccv n tube blow air thru it n clean it with solvent

I wouldn't bother with the breather tube being clogged. I highly doubt it. Put the breather on the oil fill tube like the other guy said.
