Help !!

So a good friend has some issues with his 99. No power to the lift pump, and no wait to start light coming on. He has checked all the relays for the pump and I suppled him a good ECM to try and that did nothing either. Anything we may be missing ?

I'd hot wire it right to the battery. See if the pump even kicks on. I had mine hard wired to the battery.

last time that happened to me .the apps was not getting a ground signal.

ASD relay controls all of the items your describing.

Sounds familiar...the Wait to Start light won't come on until the outside temperature sensor see 52F.
