I recently just purchased a single cab 6.4 2008. Supposably the truck just ran out of gas. I checked all the fuel pressure and bleed the fuel cooler both high and low side, however, the truck is not starting. I don't have a computer to test the high pressure fuel pump. Is there a manual way to test this pump? Or what must I do? I have all new filters on the truck.
