I have a 12v puller and I am spraying two 1/16th inch nozzles and it not putting the fire out but I have more blow by after a pull for about 5mins and then it's back to normal and getting a little gray oil drip out of blow by also is gone after 5min does it hurt to run tap water or should I run distiled water

You don't want to spray any more than just enough. I pulled 100hp with too much that showed zero sign of "putting out the fire".

Spray untill the motor locks up, then dial it back about 10%.

50% of your residual pump output X injector rate X hole count, give or take 10*

And don't let anyone convince you to put straight methanol in or you'll have said bent rod!!

We had a guy try a 50/50 mix of water and meth. Made a heck of a fireball out the exhaust when it backfired.

Depends what water injection pump your using if you using a water meth kit (250)psi most likely you never get there. If you use a high pressure system 1000+psi you can go until the motor starts cutting out or popping which is putting the fire out then just back it off a bit.
