From personal experience I can recommend the Jackel 55R because we have beat the mess out of mine and after 5 months we have yet to find a way to kill it.
While I use mine to fetch mail, take the trash can to the street, take Wendy on drunken rides around the front yard it's primary use is me and my brother taking turns making Saturday night drunken hot laps around the front yard on .We are both 175#'s and believe it or not this thing pulls pretty good. My brothers winds it out so hard in every gear it actually lifts the front tires off the ground when he bangs it into 3rd.LOL Ideally with us riding it the front sprocket needs to go down 2 teeth in size to better make use of the 4spd tranny.
I thought my brother killed the tranny one night because it wouldn't pull in any gear so he had to push it back to the garage. I figured it was either the clutch or the main shaft in the tranny but since we were hammered we decided not to take it apart for an inspection. That was a smart decision because the next day I noticed the 3 bolts holding the rear sprocket on had rattled out. 3 bolts, 3 lock washers and some Permanent Loctite later it's as good as new. FWIW- Most Chinese ATV's don't feature many lock nuts or bolts with Loctite so keep re-torque things periodically.
The front shocks on this unit are adjustable and adequate for adult use though the back shock is not adjustable and is nearly bottomed out with an adult sitting on the seat then again it's only rated for 44kg.:hehe:
There's a lot of Chinese junk out there but if you can't justify the cost of a name brand ATV for the kids or grandkids from my experience the Jackel brand is a suitable alternative.
