Inside Mirror Plug wiring diagram

I need the wiring diagram for the plug that goes into the back of the inside Rear view mirror. My darn multimeter does not have small enough tips to fit in there. I need to find the ground and the power on with key wires.

I've used small cotter keys as probes. Work real well.
