Lift install at home?

I'm looking at getting a 4 inch lift this summer, and I'm wondering if me and a couple of my buddies can handle the install. I mean, we're all diesel mechanics, but we've never done much suspension work. So, who all has installed thier lift them selves? Do you regret it? Was it a royal b!+ch?

ya you can handle it take your time and follow the directions. i have installed a couple on past trucks and it was not bad and they were IFS trucks so if you have mechanical knowledge you will be fine

You will be fine. Like Baylor said take your time, follow the directions, and it will go smoothly. One thing I have found helpfull in the past is to take a complete inventory of all the parts before you start and organize them so you know what is what and that you have everything needed. This will save you time the long run, I promise.
