Limp Mode?

Hello! I am new to this forum and am hoping someone can help with an ongoing issue. I have an 01 F250 that I De-Stroked with an 03 Cummins about 8 yrs ago. The donor truck had a 6spd transmission in it with the APPS under the battery.I have the Ford 4R100 transmission. 60hp injectors, Smarty tuner. I also have an Edge monitor. Nothing real fancy. When I go to WOT the truck falls to idle for about 20 secs and then drives normal. I don’t get any codes that the Smarty can read. I have tested the APPS and it seems to be working perfectly. The rail pressure doesn’t go over about 23K. I am open to any suggestions and will answer any questions that help me come to a solution.

I'd suggest swapping to HPTuners for tuning. That would give you the insight into what is making the truck fall on it's face. With it not throwing codes, the ability to see the commanded versus actual sensor data would make it easier to troubleshoot.
