Im not sure what my lift pump pressure is. How would I check it?

with a pressure gauge. check pressure where the bleed screw on the fuel filter housing is. Anything much over 12-13 psi will start messing with the FICM and cause lope issues. The pressure only needs to be high enough at idle to maintain positive pressure under WOT acceleration.

Now did this start happening right after you installed your tunes? Or right after you installed a lift pump? Or did it magically randomly start happening?

Fuel pressure regulator may need some tuning adjustments. You running a stock LB7 cp3 and lb7 fpr?
