Need Help

my sister in-law is trying to get some HID's for my brothers new 07 (new body) duramax..for his birthday and it be a suprise problem is I cant just go over there and look at the bulb and get the part number..then he will know whats going on..

Here is the BIG problem..NOWHERE..even the chevy dealership knows what the foglight bulb number is..even on Sylvania website its not listed..I know its there..if anyone can help me out with a bulb number that would be greatly appreciated.
