Need more top end

New to the Duramax during test and tune best time was 8.1 at 83 mph I know more fuel would help just wanted to know if a stroked pump would pick pick up 3/10 in a 1/8 mile.

Need a lot more info to give an informed opinion. What's the truck's complete setup? Any suspension mods?

lml s475 rear lockers built tran and efi it has run a 8.06 and 8.16 best time.basicly stock looking to pick up to a 7.70.pump is coming within days just put this out there because i have had cummins in the past and not sure if the pump will pick it up 3/10.

What pump are you going with? Hopefully a cp3 conversion with an upgraded pump. Stock injectors have a lot to offer.
