Need some lift pump help

On an 01 installed new lift pump due to no fuel pressure at inj pump. Replace old pump with a DDRP. Now the truck will run fine start up fine and everything. But if you let it run for 10 to 15 minutes the power to the lift pump is lost. The truck will then start running a little rough. Once u try to accelerate the truck it pops and sputters. I checked the power to lift pump and no power. If you let the truck sit for a while it will do fine again until the power to the lift pump is gone. Changed the relay already. What else could cause this???

Bad ECM, the circuit for the lift pump that is integral to the ECM has been known to fail.

bad ECM. run a toggle switch for the lift pump..

Didn't I tell you to just run the trigger for the relay to a different keyed 12v last night? LOL

Well if it were my truck i would do it but since its a customers truck i really would like to fix it the right way. But its looking like its getting fixed the wrong/right way. LOL
