New truck for towing couple ?'s

Ok so he said it was like 1/2 turn away from runaway does that make since? If so I prob need to turn her down a lil more or be conservative? He said he dynoed it once after all mods 250hp and 525 or 575 tq can't remember which one.
 
Is it true that by taking the oil cap off and listening in there while truck is running if it sounds like a bunch of bolts bouncing around usually means the injection pump could be getting ready to fail? Or I'm being blown smoke?
 
no i believe what your talking about is the dowel pin has come loose...never heard of the injection pump being checked like that lol
 
I don't know how loud the bolts jiggling sound is. But I can here a metallic clank when I pull my fill cap off, and engine is running.
 
Well boys I appreciate your help on educating me but this jack ass has decided t not sell the truck!!! So my search continues lol another ? I have not found the vehicles forsale section on here????
