DCSpecial Mr. Sinister Joined Apr 23, 2006 Messages 3,898 Apr 20, 2008 #2 That's correct. The 05+ wheels have more backspacing so they will end up sitting further under a 99-04 truck and most likely hit the leaf springs when turning. Some people use wheel spacers so that they can still run them.

F FLynes New member Joined Aug 1, 2008 Messages 11 Mar 20, 2009 #3 Correct me if I'm wrong on this, but IIRC, at least for DRW, the 99-04 wheels are 8x170mm and the 05 is 8x200mm, so they wouldn't fit anyway.
