No 07 DANA 80 Ford axles ????

This thing is about to piss me off. The axle is out of an 07 and the further I get into it everything is different. I have to machine the outer hubs because there are no 8x200 wheels available. Now the outer hub axle flange bolt pattern is different. Center to center is 4.200 with 12mm bolts and everything else is like 3.800 and 7/16th bolts. Any ideas other than $1200 special made axles?

i heard people change the outer hubs over.

I checked that out already. The hub is the same, bearings and seal. The mounting bolt pattern and diameter for the rotor is different. That leads to the early 99-04 rotor. The height of the rotor is different. I guess I need to get all the parts in front of me and make something work.
