Noise?

I have an 01 LB7 and about a week ago it started making this hissing type noise that sounds like it is coming from the front of the engine. And driving through town the sound changes as the RPM changes. Not exctally sure what it is but if anybody have any suggestions?
 
That hissing noise you were hearing was compression passing through the blown head gasket in between the head and the block. :bang
 
Probably An Intercooler Tube Has A Hole Rubbed Into It, Or A Boot Came Loose. If The Head Gasket Was Hissing Like That, Dont You Think There Would Be Coolant And Oil Everywhere? Some People Are Just Idiots; Try To Post Something Logical
 
It was a headgasket. It is completely tore down now getting them replaced, so you may not have thought it was logical but it was right.
 
Thats what it sounded like when i blew my head gasket. Kind of a squishy noise that i could hear coming out of just one cylinder. Bad injector tip on a new set of injectors for me.
